     Robert Lord was baptized on 12 May 1620 at England. He was the son of Thomas Lord and Dorothy Bird.¹ Robert Lord died on 13 July 1678 at Charlestown, Middlesex Co., MA, at age 58.¹

     John Lord was baptized on 21 January 1623/24 at England. He was the son of Thomas Lord and Dorothy Bird.²

     Aymie Lord was baptized on 30 November 1626 at England. She was the daughter of Thomas Lord and Dorothy Bird.¹ Aymie Lord married John Gilbert in 1647.² Aymie Lord died on 8 January 1691 at age 64.¹

     Shubael Phelps was born in 1764 at Turkey Hills Parish, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.³ He was the son of Elijah Phelps and Esther Kent.² Shubael Phelps married Ziba Griffin.¹ Shubael Phelps died on 13 June 1819. He was buried at Copper Hill Cemetery, East Granby, Hartford Co., CT.

     Elijah Phelps was born on 11 May 1720 at Turkey Hills, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Joseph Phelps and Rebecca North. Elijah Phelps married Esther Kent.¹ Elijah Phelps died on 4 April 1795 at age 74.¹

     Esther Kent was born in 1718.¹ She married Elijah Phelps, son of Joseph Phelps and Rebecca North.¹ Esther Kent died on 20 July 1797 at Turkey Hills, Hartford Co., CT.¹

     Wesley Lewis Case was born on 1 December 1867 at Granby, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Lewis Wesley Case and Angennette Bacon.¹ Wesley Lewis Case married Grace Amelia Edgerton, daughter of Lloyd Edgerton and Hattie E. Ennis, on 4 March 1890 at West Granby, Granby, Hartford Co., CT.¹ Wesley Lewis Case died in 1937 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was buried in 1938 at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Grace Amelia Edgerton was born in April 1867 at Springfield, Hampden Co., MA.¹ She was the daughter of Lloyd Edgerton and Hattie E. Ennis. Grace Amelia Edgerton married Wesley Lewis Case, son of Lewis Wesley Case and Angennette Bacon, on 4 March 1890 at West Granby, Granby, Hartford Co., CT.¹ Grace Amelia Edgerton died in 1938 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She was buried at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Walter Bennett Smith was born on 6 March 1869. He was the son of Joel Henry Smith and Frances Rose Farnham.

     Lewis Wesley Case was born on 31 August 1898 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Wesley Lewis Case and Grace Amelia Edgerton.¹ Lewis Wesley Case married Mary McGill in 1921. Lewis Wesley Case died on 5 February 1938 at age 39.¹

Lewis was recorded in the 1920 census of Simsbury CT, (ED 182, Page 1B, Line 77), living with his brother-in-law Walter B. Smith.

     Mary McGill was born at Boston, Suffolk Co., MA. She married Lewis Wesley Case, son of Wesley Lewis Case and Grace Amelia Edgerton, in 1921. Mary McGill married Harold V. McClure. Mary McGill died on 14 June 1974 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Alonzo Grove Case was born on 7 June 1834 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.^1,2 He was the son of Job Case and Abigail Griswold Phelps.¹ Alonzo Grove Case married Julia Salome Chaffee, daughter of Alpheus Chaffee and Julia Alderman, on 19 October 1857 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ Alonzo Grove Case died on 5 May 1902 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 67.^1,2 He was buried at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

Alonzo was a Lieut. in Co. E 16th Regiment C. V. and a member of St. Mark's Lodge # 36 AF&AM. The Ensign Record gives the marriage date as 19 Oct 1859. Alonzo enlisted 7 August, 1862, mustered 24 August 1862, and most likely served at Antietam.

He participated in the battle of Fredricksburg, VA December 12-14, 1862, Edenton Road 24 April 1863, Providence Church, VA, 3 May 1863, and Plymouth, NC, 20 April 1864 where he was shot in the foot and taken prisoner, confined at Andersonville prison. He was paroled February 28, 1865, and discharged 15 May 1865.

During his prison life he suffered estreme privation. He lost over 45 pounds and suffered greatly from hunger, and in consequence of the ill treatment he received, he was a physiical wreak and later suffered from asthma contracted in prison. Returning from the war he engaged in tobacco growing and dairy and general farming.

Alonzo and Julia were enumerated in the 1900 Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, federal census, page 8B. He was 65, she was 60 and they had been married 40 years. Daughter Julia was the only child remaining in the household.

     Julia Salome Chaffee was born on 1 July 1839.¹ She was the daughter of Alpheus Chaffee and Julia Alderman.² Julia Salome Chaffee married Alonzo Grove Case, son of Job Case and Abigail Griswold Phelps, on 19 October 1857 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ Julia Salome Chaffee died on 26 March 1923 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 83.¹ She was buried at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Alfred Terry Case was born on 19 January 1866 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Alonzo Grove Case and Julia Salome Chaffee.¹ Alfred Terry Case married Elnora Janette Hunter, daughter of Robert Hunter and Anna Milem, on 25 November 1891 at OR.¹ Alfred Terry Case died in 1938 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was buried at Center Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

Alfred and Elnora were recorded in the 1920 Simsbury census (ED 182, Page 2A, Line 1), with Earl and Kenneth.

     Elnora Janette Hunter was born on 13 October 1871 at MI.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Hunter and Anna Milem. Elnora Janette Hunter married Alfred Terry Case, son of Alonzo Grove Case and Julia Salome Chaffee, on 25 November 1891 at OR.¹ Elnora Janette Hunter died on 18 January 1956 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 84.¹ She was buried at Center Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Orine Inez Phelps Case was born on 4 May 1895 at Portland, Multnomah Co., OR. She was the daughter of Alfred Terry Case and Elnora Janette Hunter. Orine Inez Phelps Case died on 27 March 1984 at age 88.

     Albert Job Case was born on 11 April 1897 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Alfred Terry Case and Elnora Janette Hunter. Albert Job Case died on 14 December 1899 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 2.

     Lester Shipley Case was born on 20 August 1899 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Alfred Terry Case and Elnora Janette Hunter. Lester Shipley Case died on 12 December 1899 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 0.

     Edna Case was born in 1902. She was the daughter of Alfred Terry Case and Elnora Janette Hunter. Edna Case died in 1905. She was buried at Center Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Earl Phelps Case was born on 30 November 1903 at Windsor, MA.¹ He was the son of Alfred Terry Case and Elnora Janette Hunter.¹ Earl Phelps Case died on 14 November 1988 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 84.¹

     Adna C. Case was born on 31 August 1905. She was the daughter of Alfred Terry Case and Elnora Janette Hunter. Adna C. Case died on 31 March 1911 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 5.

     Robert Case died in 1920. He was born in 1920. He was the son of Alfred Terry Case and Elnora Janette Hunter.

     Oliver Phelps Case was born on 6 January 1868 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Alonzo Grove Case and Julia Salome Chaffee.¹ Oliver Phelps Case died on 24 July 1956 at age 88.¹

     Wallace Everlin Case was born on 15 April 1873.¹ He was the son of Wheeler Marshall Case and Annie Cordelia Brockett.¹ Wallace Everlin Case married Adelaide Mae Spring, daughter of Lucien Spring and Martha Granger, in 1900.¹ Wallace Everlin Case died on 7 June 1950 at age 77.¹ He was buried at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Adelaide Mae Spring was born in April 1872 at Burton, OH.¹ She was the daughter of Lucien Spring and Martha Granger. Adelaide Mae Spring married Wallace Everlin Case, son of Wheeler Marshall Case and Annie Cordelia Brockett, in 1900.¹ Adelaide Mae Spring died on 19 August 1947 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 75.^1,2 She was buried at Simsbury Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.²

      Amarilla Humphrey was also known as Amaryllis Humphrey. She was born on 10 June 1764 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Sylvanus Humphrey and Charity Pettibone. Amarilla Humphrey married Capt. Fithian Case, son of Capt. Josiah Case and Ester Higley, on 20 September 1780 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ Amarilla Humphrey died on 31 May 1845 at age 80.¹ She was buried at Center Cemetery, Canton, Hartford Co., CT.

     Mamre Case was born on 23 March 1786 at Canton, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Capt. Fithian Case and Amarilla Humphrey.¹ Mamre Case married Abia Tuller, daughter of Elijah Tuller and Polly Eno, on 4 November 1807.¹ Mamre Case died on 14 February 1859 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 72.¹ He was buried at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

     Abia Tuller was born on 10 September 1787.¹ She was the daughter of Elijah Tuller and Polly Eno. Abia Tuller married Mamre Case, son of Capt. Fithian Case and Amarilla Humphrey, on 4 November 1807.¹ Abia Tuller died on 28 February 1863 at Canton, Hartford Co., CT, at age 75.¹ She was buried at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Canton, Hartford Co., CT.

     Thomas Roach Case was born on 28 December 1808 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Mamre Case and Abia Tuller.¹ Thomas Roach Case married Elizabeth Gillette, daughter of James Gillett and Violet Case, on 10 September 1834 at Simsbury First Chruch, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. Thomas Roach Case married Amelia Abigail Olmsted, daughter of Lynde Olmsted and Amelia (?), on 5 October 1841 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT.¹ Thomas Roach Case married Cornelia E. Trowbridge.¹ Thomas Roach Case died on 29 September 1884 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 75.¹ He was buried at Hopmeadow Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

At the time of his second marriage, Thomas was "of Troy, NY."

     Luke Barber Case was born on 5 September 1814 at West Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Mamre Case and Abia Tuller.¹ Luke Barber Case died on 25 December 1865 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT, at age 51.¹

     Norris Case was born on 23 September 1816 at West Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Mamre Case and Abia Tuller.¹ Norris Case married Almeda Burnett on 24 November 1840 at Troy, Rensselaer Co., NY.¹ Norris Case married Mary Converse, daughter of Elam Converse and Susan Salisbury, on 5 November 1849 at NY.¹ Norris Case died on 20 August 1885 at West Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 68.¹

     Almeda Burnett was born on 27 January 1817 at Warwick, RI.¹ She married Norris Case, son of Mamre Case and Abia Tuller, on 24 November 1840 at Troy, Rensselaer Co., NY.¹ Almeda Burnett died on 14 November 1848 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 31.¹

     Mary Converse was born on 11 August 1825 at NY.¹ She was the daughter of Elam Converse and Susan Salisbury. Mary Converse married Norris Case, son of Mamre Case and Abia Tuller, on 5 November 1849 at NY.¹ Mary Converse died on 9 June 1894 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 68.¹

     Frank Converse Case was born in March 1860 at NY.¹ He was the son of Norris Case and Mary Converse.¹ Frank Converse Case married Louise M. Heim. Frank Converse Case died on 23 January 1941 at West Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT, at age 80.¹

     Louise M. Heim was born in 1860 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT. She married Frank Converse Case, son of Norris Case and Mary Converse.
