In the 1920 census of Granby, Alvord, age 79, is living with his son, Edgar B. Alvord Orville Case was born on 8 March 1845 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT. He was the son of Jason Case and Corinthia Bliss. Alvord Orville Case married Sarah Jane Case, daughter of Japhet Jepthy Case and Luranna Beers, on 29 April 1861 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT. Alvord Orville Case died on 29 April 1922 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT, at age 77.

     Sarah Jane Case was born on 19 August 1840 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT. She was the daughter of Japhet Jepthy Case and Luranna Beers. Sarah Jane Case married Alvord Orville Case, son of Jason Case and Corinthia Bliss, on 29 April 1861 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT. Sarah Jane Case died on 7 November 1907 at West Granby, Granby, Hartford Co., CT, at age 67.

     Japhet Jepthy Case was born on 30 November 1809 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT. He was the son of Oliver Case and Amy Case. Japhet Jepthy Case married Luranna Beers on 27 April 1834 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT. Japhet Jepthy Case died on 30 April 1897 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT, at age 87.

     Luranna Beers was born on 14 April 1810 at Milford, New Haven Co., CT. She married Japhet Jepthy Case, son of Oliver Case and Amy Case, on 27 April 1834 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT. Luranna Beers died on 20 May 1887 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT, at age 77.

     Edgar was recorded in the 1900 Granby census, page 7B, line 75, as a farmer age 34. Ina's mother was living with them. They had been married nine years and had had no children. Edgar Burdette Case was born on 19 September 1865. He was the son of Alvord Orville Case and Sarah Jane Case. Edgar Burdette Case married Ina Estella Emmons, daughter of Orlando Emmons and Julia (?), on 29 October 1890 at East Hartland, CT. Edgar Burdette Case died before 1928.

     Ina Estella Emmons was born on 23 September 1871 at East Hartland, CT. She was the daughter of Orlando Emmons and Julia (?). Ina Estella Emmons married Edgar Burdette Case, son of Alvord Orville Case and Sarah Jane Case, on 29 October 1890 at East Hartland, CT.

     Woodruff and Ella are in the 1920 Census of Granby, CT, page 14A, line 15, 16. He is a tobacco farmer. Woodruff Leon Case was born on 8 May 1870. He was the son of Alvord Orville Case and Sarah Jane Case. Woodruff Leon Case married Ella Sophia Rice, daughter of Levi Rice and Lydia Preston, on 9 May 1908 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. Woodruff Leon Case died on 17 August 1951 at Granby, Hartford Co., CT, at age 81.

     Ella Sophia Rice was born on 1 September 1866 at Granby, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Levi Rice and Lydia Preston. Ella Sophia Rice married Woodruff Leon Case, son of Alvord Orville Case and Sarah Jane Case, on 9 May 1908 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. Ella Sophia Rice died on 17 December 1951 at Granby, Hartford Co., CT, at age 85.

     The Phelps book shows Frederick to be the father of a Joel who married a Susanah Holcomb.

The same book shows Ezekiel to be the father of a Joel whose line is not continued.

The McPherson book show a Susannah Holcombe who married a Joel Phelps, son of Lt. Ezekiel Phelps.

Joel, son of Ezekiel, was born September 17, 1759 (Simsbury VR, page 71). Joel Phelps Duplicate was born on 17 September 1759 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Ezekiel Phelps and Elizabeth Gillette.

     Sarah Barber was born in 1774. She was the daughter of Elijah Barber and Sarah Pettibone. Sarah Barber died in 1777.

     Alexander Barber was born on 3 September 1780 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT.³ He was the son of Ezekiel Barber and Elizabeth Goddard.² Alexander Barber married Nancy Dennis in 1800 at Marietta, Washington Co., OH.³ Alexander Barber married Magdalen Knox on 1 January 1843 at Randolph Co., IL.³ Alexander Barber died on 17 November 1861 at Rockwood, Randolph Co., IL, at age 81.³

     Luraney Barber was born on 7 October 1783. Luraney Barber was the child of Ezekiel Barber and Elizabeth Goddard.

     Allen Barber was born in 1788. He was the son of Joel Barber and Mary Phelps. Allen Barber died in 1806.

     Eliza Barber was the daughter of Allen Barber.

     Nehemiah Hoyt was the son of Benjamin Hoyt and Patience Smith. Nehemiah Hoyt married Lois Barber, daughter of Joel Barber and Mary Phelps. Nehemiah Hoyt died at Franklin Co., VT.

     Clementine Barber was born in 1783. She was the daughter of Joel Barber and Mary Phelps.

     Numa Barber was the child of Joel Barber and Sarah (?).

     Mary Collar married Asahel Barber, son of Dr. Samuel Barber II and Hannah Humphrey.

     Roacy Barber was born on 6 August 1808. Roacy Barber was the child of Asahel Barber and Mary Collar. Roacy Barber died on 21 August 1840 at Richford, VT, at age 32.

     Asahel B. Barber was born in May 1814 at Canada. He was the son of Asahel Barber and Mary Collar.
