Daniel Case was born on 20 August 1775 at Canton, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Lt. Daniel Case and Elizabeth Humphrey. Daniel Case married Marcia Cowles, daughter of Ebenezer Cowles and Mercy Barber, on 7 May 1797 at Norfolk, Litchfield Co., CT. Daniel Case died on 20 October 1840 at Onondaga, NY, at age 65.
