     Joanna Wolcott was born on 22 February 1733 at Tolland, Tolland Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Lt. Thomas Wolcott and Catherine Loomis.¹ Joanna Wolcott married Ellis Russell on 18 November 1751 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.¹

     Benjamin Gage Affleck was born on 15 August 1972 at Berkeley, Alameda Co., CA.¹ He was the son of Timothy Byers Affleck and Christine Anne Boldt.¹ Benjamin Gage Affleck married Jennifer Anne Garner on 29 June 2005.

     Nancy Newton was born in 1779.¹ She married Oliver Russell, son of Ellis Russell and Joanna Wolcott, on 19 July 1794 at Springfield, Hampden Co., MA.¹

     Mary Russell was born on 20 November 1754 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Ellis Russell and Joanna Wolcott.¹ Mary Russell married David Warner on 17 January 1779 at Conway, Franklin Co., MA.¹ Mary Russell died on 21 April 1846 at Albion, Calhoun Co., MI, at age 91.¹

     Lt. William Goodrich was born on 8 February 1661 at Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Ens. William Goodrich and Sarah Marvin. Lt. William Goodrich married Grace Riley on 22 November 1680 at Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CT. Lt. William Goodrich died on 27 December 1737 at Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CT, at age 76.

     Permelia Stanton married Luther Warner, son of David Warner and Mary Russell.¹ Permelia Stanton was born on 8 February 1797 at Manlius, Onandango Co., NY.¹ She died on 7 October 1876 at Farmington, UT, at age 79.¹

     William Goodrich was born on 2 July 1686 at Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Lt. William Goodrich and Grace Riley. William Goodrich married Margaret Orvis on 14 May 1706 at Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CT. William Goodrich died on 31 March 1743 at Sharon, Litchfield Co., CT, at age 56.

     Nancy Russell was born on 22 May 1799 at Springfield, Hampden Co., MA.¹ She was the daughter of Oliver Russell and Nancy Newton.¹ Nancy Russell married Robert Berry on 10 September 1815 at Ontario, NY.¹ Nancy Russell died on 8 January 1889 at Reading, Hillside Co., MI, at age 89.¹

     Solomon Goodrich was born on 7 March 1726/27 at Litchfield, Litchfield Co., CT.¹ He was the son of William Goodrich and Margaret Orvis.¹ Solomon Goodrich married Betty Pardee on 23 December 1747 at Sharon, Litchfield Co., CT.¹ Solomon Goodrich married Esther Hadden on 22 September 1774 at Sharon, Litchfield Co., CT.¹ Solomon Goodrich died on 22 December 1790 at age 63.¹ He was buried at Sharon Burying Ground, Sharon, Litchfield Co., CT.¹

     Elnora Lucretia Warner was born on 8 June 1822 at Walworth, NY.¹ She was the daughter of Luther Warner and Permelia Stanton.¹ Elnora Lucretia Warner married Robert Berry, son of Robert Berry and Nancy Russell, on 27 August 1842 at Hillside Co., MI.¹ Elnora Lucretia Warner died on 5 December 1865 at Centerville, UT, at age 43.¹

     Samuel Dickinson was born in 1703.¹ He was the son of Charles Dickinson and Philippa Greene.¹ Samuel Dickinson married Mary Cole on 3 October 1738.¹ Samuel Dickinson died on 27 June 1750.¹

     Rosetta Mary Berry was born on 3 July 1843 at Albion, Calhoun Co., MI.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Berry and Elnora Lucretia Warner.¹ Rosetta Mary Berry married Charles Edward Robison on 10 October 1865 at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., UT.¹ Rosetta Mary Berry died on 21 October 1918 at Logan, Cache Co., UT, at age 75.¹

     Gaskell Romney was born on 22 September 1871 at St. George, UT.¹ He married Anna Amelia Pratt, daughter of Helaman Pratt and Anna Johanna Dorothy Wilcken, on 20 February 1895 at Colonia Dublan, Galeana, Chihuahua, Mexico.¹ Gaskell Romney died on 7 March 1955 at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., UT, at age 83.¹

     Alma Luella Robison was born on 19 August 1882 at Montpelier, ID.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Edward Robison and Rosetta Mary Berry.¹ Alma Luella Robison married Harold Arundel LaFount on 20 October 1903 at Logan, Cache Co., UT.¹ Alma Luella Robison died on 8 September 1938 at Washington, DC, at age 56.¹

     Jared Pratt was born on 25 November 1769 at Canaan, Columbia Co., NY.¹ He married Charity Dickinson, daughter of Samuel Dickinson and Huldah Griffith, on 7 July 1799.¹ Jared Pratt died on 5 November 1839 at Detroit, Wayne Co, MI, at age 69.¹

     Elizabeth Edwards was born circa 1834 at NY.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Edwards and Lydia Holcombe.¹

     Timothy Brittin Parker was born on 8 February 1962 at Iowa City, Johnson Co, IA. He was the son of Stephen Parker and Barbara Keck.

     Rebecca Edwards was born circa 1840 at NY.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Edwards and Lydia Holcombe.¹ Rebecca Edwards married David Woodward say 1877.²

     Emily Edwards was born circa 1853 at NY.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Edwards and Lydia Holcombe.¹

     Parley Parker Pratt was born on 12 April 1807 at Burlington, NY.¹ He was the son of Jared Pratt and Charity Dickinson.¹ Parley Parker Pratt married Mary Wood on 9 September 1844 at Nauvoo, Hancock Co., IL.¹ Parley Parker Pratt died on 13 May 1857 at Van Buren, Crawford Co., AR, at age 50; murdered.¹

     Phebe (?) married (?) Thorington.¹ Phebe (?) married Abner Walters, son of (?) Walters, on 17 June 1811 at Granville, Hampden Co., MA.¹

     Kathryn L. Prosser was born on 12 July 1923 at Osage City, KS. She was the daughter of Dr. Francis H. Prosser and Edna Russell. Kathryn L. Prosser died on 5 February 2012 at Emporia Presbyterian Manor, Emporia, KS, at age 88. She was buried on 11 February 2012 at Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Emporia, KS.

Kathryn L. Perkins of Emporia died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, at the Emporia Presbyterian Manor. She was 88.

Mrs. Perkins was a music teacher, organist and pianist. She was an active supporter of the community through work on community boards for social services, education and the arts.

The daughter of Dr. Francis and Edna Russell Prosser, she was born July 12, 1923, in Osage City. She graduated from Osage City High School in 1941, and the College of Emporia with a Music Education degree, Pipe Organ major, in 1944.

She married Elvin D. Perkins on Aug. 9, 1944, in Osage City. He survives.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church where she directed the youth choirs, served as an Elder and was the organist for more than 25 years. She also served 12 years on the Board of Education and was a past-president, a term on the Board of Directors and was a past-president of the United Way of the Flint Hills, several years on the Emporia Arts Council Board and as past-president, and was a member of the ESU Music School Advisory Board. She was a charter member of the GT Chapter of P.E.O., a member of the Trend Club and a past member of the Mu Phi music sorority, La Sertoma Club and Emporia Social Services. She was a long-time member of the Saint David Society and organist for Saint David’s Day.

She is also survived by two sons, John Perkins of Parkville, Mo., and Steven Perkins of Arkansas City; daughter Janet Jehle of Overland Park; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Frances Ashcraft and Shirley Simcox.

A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Emporia Presbyterian Church West Campus. The Rev. Ron Phelps will conduct the service. The family will meet friends after the service in the parlor of the church. A private burial will be held at Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Emporia Community Foundation for the Emporia Arts Council Endowment Fund.      George Wilcken Romney was born on 8 July 1907 at Colonia Dublan, Galeana, Chihuahua, Mexico.¹ He was the son of Gaskell Romney and Anna Amelia Pratt.¹ George Wilcken Romney married Lenore LaFount, daughter of Harold Arundel LaFount and Alma Luella Robison, on 2 July 1931 at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., UT.¹ George Wilcken Romney died on 26 July 1995 at Bloomfield Hills, MI, at age 88.¹ He was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Brighton, MI.¹

     Edna Russell was born circa 1895 at CO. She married Dr. Francis H. Prosser, son of John Prosser and Ellenor (?), circa 1920.

     Hannah (?) married Fredrick Winthrop.

     Ellenor (?) was born in April 1855 at Wales.¹ She married John Prosser circa 1880.

     John Baker was born circa 1640 at probably England.¹ He married Lydia Baysey circa 1666. John Baker died after 27 March 1704 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT.¹

     Mary Antico married Paul Herbert LaPlant, son of Arthur J. LaPlant and Gladys Marion Griffin.

     Ethel E. (?) was born in 1892 at New Hampshire.¹ She married Horace H. Holcombe, son of CT Holcombe, say 1922.¹

     Geoffrey Craig Kugel was born on 17 May 1976. He was the son of Lauren Craig Kugel and Nancy (?). Geoffrey Craig Kugel died on 2 May 2012 at age 35.

Geoffrey Craig Kugel (born May 17, 1976) went home to his Heavenly Father's arms unexpectedly on May 2, 2012. There are no words available to express this loss to those who were a part of Geoff's life here on earth. Those who knew Geoff knew love, honor, trustworthiness, gentleness, and unselfishness personified. His heart was open to anyone and everyone. He loved deeply and truly, and those in his presence knew undoubtedly that he was a very special man. The usual obituary details are not important, as he did not define himself by these things. He defined himself as a loving, loving husband; a devoted and amazing father; a faithful son; a kind brother; a fun and caring uncle; and accepting friendthough in his Christ-like humility, he actually would have shunned all these accolades and diverted the praise to someone else. Those missing him with all their hearts include his wife, Nicole Kugel; his children George and Annie; his parents, Craig and Nancy Kugel; his sisters and their spouses, Kathy Albright and Missy Smith; nieces; nephews, friends, neighbors; co-workers; and anyone who spent time in his presence. A celebration of Geoff's life will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2:00 p.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church of Greensboro. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.      Bertha Ann Clayton married James Norrish Holcombe, son of K. Jay Holcombe and Ida Ellen Bush.

     Robert Berry was born on 16 August 1783 at Co. Lancaster, England.¹ He married Nancy Russell, daughter of Oliver Russell and Nancy Newton, on 10 September 1815 at Ontario, NY.¹ Robert Berry died on 6 September 1847 at Reading, Hillside Co., MI, at age 64.¹

     Isabelle Anna Humphrey was born on 17 May 1871.¹ She was the daughter of Edward George Humphrey and Samantha Godard Holcombe.¹ Isabelle Anna Humphrey married Newman Hall Hawkins on 15 October 1901.¹ Isabelle Anna Humphrey died in 1958.¹
