     Sarah Wright was born on 16 April 1784 at Colebrook, Litchfield Co., CT.¹ She married Quintus Flaminius Atkins, son of Josiah Atkins and Mary Gillett, on 22 February 1804 at Morgan, OH.¹ Sarah Wright died on 27 February 1883 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH, at age 98.¹

     Lucinda Atkins was born on 12 March 1784.¹ She was the daughter of Josiah Atkins and Mary Gillett.¹ Lucinda Atkins died on 26 April 1856 at Blissfield, MI, at age 72.¹

     Philintus Atkins was born on 1 December 1785.¹ He was the son of Josiah Atkins and Mary Gillett.¹ Philintus Atkins died on 19 March 1801 at Mad River at age 15.¹

     Josiah Alexander Atkins was born on 16 October 1789.¹ He was the son of Josiah Atkins and Mary Gillett.¹ Josiah Alexander Atkins died at Oberlin, OH.¹

He gave his library to Tabor College, Iowa. ²

     Narcissus Albertus Atkins was born on 17 March 1792.¹ She was the daughter of Josiah Atkins and Mary Gillett.¹

     Henry C. Holcombe was born on 28 August 1857. He was the son of Benajah Dwight Holcombe and Maria Augusta Payne. Henry C. Holcombe died on 8 February 1884 at OK at age 26. He was buried at Oakland Cemetery, Atlanta, GA; Block 358, Lot 3.

     Oliver E. Holcombe was born circa 1844 at IN.¹ He was the son of Ethiel Porter Holcombe and Ellen Oliver.¹ Oliver E. Holcombe died on 7 March 1863 at Young's Point, LA.

Oliver Holcomb enlisted in the 23 Wis Inf (Company H) on 15 August 1862. He died of disease on 07 March 1863 in Young's Point, LA (source - Roster of Wisconsin Volunteers: War of the Rebellion Published in 1886).

     Robert Waldo Boas was born on 10 June 1914 at Montreal, Québec, Canada.^1,2 He was the son of Herbert Allan Boas and Marguerite Chase.¹ Robert Waldo Boas died on 5 June 2000 at Presbyterian Home, Summerville, SC, at age 85.¹

He grew up in Farmington, and later became a general agent for John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. During World War II, Mr. Boas served in the Field Artillery and was a member of the Army Glee Club, later returning to the insurance world in 1944 and transferred to Boston, MA as district manager. He became active in Boston Life Underwriters and was made president in 1945. He also was active in General Agents and Life Managers Association of New England, retiring in 1969. For many years he was an avid Ham Radio Operator. Up until the very end he kept his wonderful sense of humor and beautiful disposition. ³

     Herbert Allan Boas Jr. was born on 2 March 1917.^2,3 He was the son of Herbert Allan Boas and Marguerite Chase.¹ Herbert Allan Boas Jr. died before 5 June 2000.¹

     Allan Chase Boas was born on 17 September 1911.^2,3 He was the son of Herbert Allan Boas and Marguerite Chase.¹

     Hattie A. (?) was born say 1855 at VT.¹ She married Hiram L. Holcombe, son of Hiram Holcombe, say 1875.¹

     Cleo V. Case was born on 10 August 1889 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Frank Converse Case and Louise M. Heim.¹ Cleo V. Case died on 3 May 1966 at age 76.¹ She was buried at Forestview Cemetery, Winsted, Litchfield Co., CT.

     Daniel Case III was born. He was the son of Daniel Case and Carol (?). Daniel Case III died on 24 June 2002 at San Francisco, San Francisco Co., CA.

     Benjamin Holcombe was born circa 1887 at Kiev, Russia.¹ He was the son of Joseph Holcombe and Sophie (?). Benjamin Holcombe married Rose (?) on 9 October 1911.^1,2 Benjamin Holcombe died on 27 December 1950 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT.

There is no indication, or suspicion, that Benjamin is descended from the English Holcombe families.

Benjamin and Rose were enumerated in the 1920 Hartford, Hartford Co., CT, federal census, ED 83, page 12A. He was a shipping clerk, age 32; she was 26. Children in the household were Anne, Esther, Helen and Rebecca.

Benjamin and Rose were enumerated in the 1930 Hartford, Hartford Co., CT, federal census, ED 23, page 15A. He was a building superintendent, age 42, she was 38. Children in the household were Anna 16, Esther 14, Helen 12, Rebecca 10, and Samuel 4.

     Rose (?) was born circa 1893 at Vilna, Russia.¹ She married Benjamin Holcombe, son of Joseph Holcombe and Sophie (?), on 9 October 1911.^1,2 Rose (?) died on 11 April 1980 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT.

     Judith Bartenstein was born on 3 March 1941 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Jack Bartenstein and Anne Holcombe.¹ Judith Bartenstein died on 29 September 2002 at Connecticut Hospice, Branford, New Haven Co., CT, at age 61.¹

Judith was an artist working in the Real Estate field, and also was a licensed practical nurse. ²
