     Elijah Loomis was born on 7 August 1747. He was the son of Daniel Loomis and Sarah Eno.

     Reuben Loomis was born on 22 May 1750. He was the son of Daniel Loomis and Sarah Eno. Reuben Loomis died on 29 May 1750 at age 0.

     Capt. Nicholas Olmsted was born at England. He was the son of James Olmsted and Joyce Cornish. Capt. Nicholas Olmsted was baptized on 15 February 1612 at Fairstead, Essex, England. He married Sarah Loomis, daughter of Joseph Loomis and Mary White, on 28 September 1640.³ Capt. Nicholas Olmsted died on 31 August 1684 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT.³

Nicholas Olmsted came in the Lion, arriving at Boston, Sept 16th, 1633. he was Capt. in the Pequod war, 1675. the Olmsted's old family seat in Fairsted, Co. Essex, England, still (1908) exists. James Olmsted, "first setler," Hartford, Conn., was bapt. at Great Leighs (or Lees Magna), Co. Essex, England, Dec. 4, 1580 (parish register.) The name of his wife was Joyce Cornish, m. at Great Leighs, Oct. 26, 1605, bur. England April 21, 1621.

     Abigail Loomis was born on 27 March 1659 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore. Abigail Loomis married Lt. Josiah Barber, son of Thomas Barber and Jane (?), on 22 November 1677 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.² Abigail Loomis died on 9 February 1700/1 at age 41.²

     Josiah Loomis was born on 17 February 1660/61 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore. Josiah Loomis married Mary Rockwell, daughter of Samuel Rockwell and Mary Norton, on 23 October 1683. Josiah Loomis died on 20 October 1735 at Lebanon, New London Co., CT, at age 74.

     Mary Rockwell was born on 18 January 1662/63 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Samuel Rockwell and Mary Norton. Mary Rockwell married Josiah Loomis, son of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore, on 23 October 1683. Mary Rockwell died on 2 April 1738 at age 75.

     Samuel Rockwell was born on 28 March 1631 at Dorchester, Suffolk Co., MA. He was the son of William Rockwell and Susanna Capen. Samuel Rockwell married Mary Norton, daughter of Thomas Norton and Grace Wells, on 7 April 1660. Samuel Rockwell died in 1711.

     Mary Norton was the daughter of Thomas Norton and Grace Wells. Mary Norton married Samuel Rockwell, son of William Rockwell and Susanna Capen, on 7 April 1660.

     Jonathan Loomis was born on 30 March 1664 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore. Jonathan Loomis married Sarah Graves, daughter of Marshall George Graves and Elizabeth Mitchell, on 27 December 1688. Jonathan Loomis died on 23 October 1707 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT, at age 43.

     Sarah Graves was the daughter of Marshall George Graves and Elizabeth Mitchell. Sarah Graves married Jonathan Loomis, son of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore, on 27 December 1688. Sarah Graves died on 17 July 1699.

     Hezekiah Loomis was born on 21 February 1668/69 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore. Hezekiah Loomis married Mary Porter, daughter of John Porter III and Joanna Gaylord, on 30 April 1690. Hezekiah Loomis died in 1758 at East Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.

     Erastus Case was born on 1 August 1796 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Titus Case and Amy Reed.¹ Erastus Case married Amarella M. Neale on 2 November 1820 at Barkhamsted, Litchfield Co., CT.¹

     Ebenezer Loomis was born on 22 March 1674/75 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore. Ebenezer Loomis died on 2 October 1709 at age 34.

     Loomis is not sure if this Rebecca married Josiah Rockwell or if it was Rebecca, the daughter of Deacon John Loomis, but he continues the line under Deacon John Loomis. Rebecca Loomis was born on 10 December 1682 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Nathaniel Loomis and Elizabeth Moore.

     Samuel Loomis was born at CT. He was the son of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd.

     Elizabeth Loomis was born at CT. She was the daughter of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd.

     Ruth Loomis was born on 14 June 1660 at Farmington, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd.

     Sarah Loomis was born on 3 February 1662 or 1663 at CT. She was the daughter of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd.

     Joanna Loomis was born on 22 October 1665 at CT. She was the daughter of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd.

     Loomis incorrectly marries this Benjamin to Ann Fitch. See TAG April 1993 for Dr. Gale Ion Harris' explanation. Benjamin Loomis was born on 11 February 1667 or 1668 at CT. He was the son of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd. Benjamin Loomis died in 1726.

     Nehemiah Loomis was born on 15 July 1670 at CT. He was the son of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd. Nehemiah Loomis died on 4 February 1740 at Westfield, Hampden Co., MA, at age 69.

     Mary Loomis was born on 16 August 1678 at Westfield, Hampden Co., MA. She was the daughter of Lt. Samuel Loomis and Elizabeth Judd.

     Joseph Loomis was born on 28 November 1682 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake. Joseph Loomis died on 19 March 1682/83 at age 0.

     Caleb Loomis was born on 10 October 1686 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake. Caleb Loomis died on 5 March 1686/87 at age 0.

     Lydia Loomis was born on 17 February 1687/88 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake. Lydia Loomis married Isaac Hinsdale, son of Barnabas Hinsdale and Sarah White, on 6 January 1714/15.

     Isaac Hinsdale was born on 15 September 1673. He was the son of Barnabas Hinsdale and Sarah White. Isaac Hinsdale married Lydia Loomis, daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake, on 6 January 1714/15. Isaac Hinsdale died on 1 March 1739 at age 65.

     Rachel Loomis was born on 12 January 1692/93 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake. Rachel Loomis made marriage banns on 18 May 1717. She married Ebenezer Lombard, son of David Lombard and Margaret Philley, in 1717.

     Ebenezer Lombard was born on 11 September 1692. He was the son of David Lombard and Margaret Philley. Ebenezer Lombard made marriage banns on 18 May 1717. He married Rachel Loomis, daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake, in 1717. Ebenezer Lombard died on 1 June 1780 at age 87.

     Loomis says he received a grant of land in Tolland, 1713. Enoch Loomis was born on 23 March 1694/95 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake.

     Phoebe Loomis was born in 1697 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake. Phoebe Loomis married Jacob Munsell, son of Thomas Munsell and Lydia May, on 15 February 1719.²

     Jacob Munsell was the son of Thomas Munsell and Lydia May. Jacob Munsell married Phoebe Loomis, daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake, on 15 February 1719.¹

     Damaris Loomis was born on 29 July 1699 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Lydia Drake. Damaris Loomis died on 1 June 1705 at age 5.

     Isaac Loomis was born on 15 September 1705 at East Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Joseph Loomis III and Abigail Gillet.

     Abigail Loomis was born on 8 April 1708 at East Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Joseph Loomis III and Abigail Gillet.

     John Loomis was born on 19 October 1670 at Hadley, Hampshire Co., MA. He was the son of John Loomis and Mary (?). John Loomis died young.

     Ebenezer Dibble was born on 18 August 1671. He was the son of Ebenezer Dibble and Mary Wakefield. Ebenezer Dibble married Mary Loomis, daughter of John Loomis and Mary (?), on 16 July 1696.

     John Loomis was born on 12 February 1706 or 1707. He was the son of John Loomis and Esther Gillet. John Loomis died young.

     Esther Loomis was born on 13 September 1708. She was the daughter of John Loomis and Esther Gillet. Esther Loomis died on 11 May 1730 at age 21.
