     Samuel Griswold Goodrich was born on 19 August 1793 at Ridgefield, CT. He was the son of Samuel Goodrich and Elizabeth Ely. Samuel Griswold Goodrich died on 9 May 1860 at New York City, New York Co, NY, at age 66. American publisher and writer who, under the pseudonym "Peter Parley," published a series of educational books for children. He entered publishing in 1816. By 1826 he was established in Boston as one of the most successful publishers of children's books. His Peter Parley series, the first of which appeared in 1827, ran to 116 volumes. Their instructional purpose was thinly disguised as fiction to make study more palatable. From 1851 to 1853, Goodrich served as American consul in Paris. His Recollections of a Lifetime appeared in 1856.

     Mary Wolcott Goodrich was the daughter of Samuel Griswold Goodrich and Mary Boott.

     An architect who disigned among other buildings, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Guy Lowell was born in 1870. He was the son of Edward Jackson Lowell and Mary Wolcott Goodrich. Guy Lowell died in 1927.

     Col. John Ely married Sarah Worthington, daughter of Rev. William Worthington and Temperance Gallup, on 12 July 1759. Col. John Ely died on 3 October 1800.

     Sarah Worthington was the daughter of Rev. William Worthington and Temperance Gallup. Sarah Worthington married Col. John Ely on 12 July 1759.

     Rev. William Worthington was born on 5 December 1695 at Hartford, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of William Worthington and Mehitabel Graves. Rev. William Worthington married Temperance Gallup, daughter of William Gallup and Sarah (?), on 20 September 1726. Rev. William Worthington died on 16 November 1756 at age 60.

     Temperance Gallup was born on 1 February 1701. She was the daughter of William Gallup and Sarah (?). Temperance Gallup married Rev. William Worthington, son of William Worthington and Mehitabel Graves, on 20 September 1726. Temperance Gallup died in March 1778 at Durham, Middlesex Co., CT, at age 77.

     Hannah Sheldon was the daughter of Isaac Sheldon and Mary Woodford.

     Experience Chapin was the daughter of Samuel Chapin and Hannah Sheldon.

     Thankful Pomeroy was born on 31 May 1679 at Northampton, MA. She was the daughter of Deacon Medad Pomeroy and Experience Woodward. Thankful Pomeroy married Benjamin Lyman on 27 October 1698 at Northampton, MA. Thankful Pomeroy married Nathaniel Lewis after 14 October 1723. Thankful Pomeroy died on 18 September 1773 at Northampton, MA, at age 94.

     Benjamin Lyman married Thankful Pomeroy, daughter of Deacon Medad Pomeroy and Experience Woodward, on 27 October 1698 at Northampton, MA.

     Joseph Lyman was the son of Benjamin Lyman and Thankful Pomeroy. Joseph Lyman married Abigail Lewis, daughter of Nathaniel Lewis and Abigail Ashley.

     Abigail Lewis was the daughter of Nathaniel Lewis and Abigail Ashley. Abigail Lewis married Joseph Lyman, son of Benjamin Lyman and Thankful Pomeroy.

     Joseph Lyman Jr. was born on 4 May 1731 at Northampton, MA. He was the son of Joseph Lyman and Abigail Lewis. Joseph Lyman Jr. married Mary Sheldon, daughter of Benjamin Sheldon and Mary Strong, on 5 August 1756. Joseph Lyman Jr. died on 21 October 1804 at Northampton, MA, at age 73.

     Benjamin Sheldon was born in 1697. He was the son of Thomas Sheldon and Mary Hinsdale. Benjamin Sheldon married Mary Strong, daughter of Ebenezer Strong Jr. and Mary Holton, on 12 June 1723. Benjamin Sheldon died on 28 August 1773.

     William Holton Jr. was the son of William Holton and Mary (?).

     Mary Holton was born on 22 July 1680. She was the daughter of William Holton Jr. and Sarah Marshfield. Mary Holton married Ebenezer Strong Jr., son of Elder Ebenezer Strong and Hannah Clapp, on 25 October 1695. Mary Holton died on 8 December 1705 at age 25.

     Mary Strong was born on 16 January 1701. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Strong Jr. and Mary Holton. Mary Strong married Benjamin Sheldon, son of Thomas Sheldon and Mary Hinsdale, on 12 June 1723. Mary Strong died on 26 May 1770 at age 69.

     Mary Sheldon was born in 1731. She was the daughter of Benjamin Sheldon and Mary Strong. Mary Sheldon married Joseph Lyman Jr., son of Joseph Lyman and Abigail Lewis, on 5 August 1756.

     Mary Lyman was born in 1764. She was the daughter of Joseph Lyman Jr. and Mary Sheldon. Mary Lyman married Lynde Lord Jr., son of High Sheriff Lynde Lord and Lois Sheldon, on 13 January 1786.

     Lynde Lord Jr. was born on 21 October 1761 at Litchfield, Litchfield Co., CT. He was the son of High Sheriff Lynde Lord and Lois Sheldon. Lynde Lord Jr. was graduated in 1783 at Yale College, New Haven, New Haven Co., CT. He married Mary Lyman, daughter of Joseph Lyman Jr. and Mary Sheldon, on 13 January 1786. Lynde Lord Jr. died on 12 February 1813 at age 51.

     Mary Sheldon Lord was born on 31 January 1787 at Litchfield, Litchfield Co., CT.¹ She was the daughter of Lynde Lord Jr. and Mary Lyman. Mary Sheldon Lord died on 23 August 1855 at age 68.

     Juliet Pierpont was born on 30 July 1816 at Baltimore, Baltimore Co., MD.³ She was the daughter of John Pierpont and Mary Sheldon Lord.² Juliet Pierpont married Junius Spencer Morgan, son of Joseph Morgan Jr. and Sally Spencer, on 2 May 1836.²

     Experience Smith was the daughter of David Smith and Experience Chapin.

     Joseph Morgan Jr. was the son of Joseph Morgan and Experience Smith.

     Junius Spencer Morgan was born in 1813.² He was the son of Joseph Morgan Jr. and Sally Spencer. Junius Spencer Morgan married Juliet Pierpont, daughter of John Pierpont and Mary Sheldon Lord, on 2 May 1836.² Junius Spencer Morgan died in 1890.²

     Mary Lyman Morgan was born on 5 November 1844.² She was the daughter of Junius Spencer Morgan and Juliet Pierpont.

     Mary Ethel Burns was the daughter of Walter Hayes Burns and Mary Lyman Morgan.

     Salah Barnard was the son of Ebenezer Barnard and Elizabeth Foster.
