Loomis Morgan served as a private in Company G. of the 45th Ohio Volunteer Infantry.⁴

     Ann Eliza Case was born on 26 October 1840 at Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.² She was the daughter of Hiram Andrew Case and Mary Ann Preston.¹ Ann Eliza Case married Cyrus Newkirk on 14 September 1865 at Worthington Methodist, Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.³ Ann Eliza Case died on 24 March 1916 at Orange Twp., Delaware Co., OH, at age 75.³ She was buried at Oak Grove Cemetery, Delaware Co., OH.³

Cyrus served as a private in Company D of the 96th Ohio Volunteer Infantry.⁴

     Orrin H. D. Case was born on 22 October 1845 at Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.² He was the son of Hiram Andrew Case and Mary Ann Preston.¹ Orrin H. D. Case died on 13 June 1878 at age 32.³ He was buried at Kempton Cemetery, Clinton Twp., Franklin Co., OH.³

     Miner George Andrus was born on 28 November 1842 at Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.² He was the son of Samuel R. Andrus and Diana Case.¹ Miner George Andrus married Eleanor Paine, daughter of John Paine, on 2 April 1873 at Franklin Co., OH.³ Miner George Andrus died on 5 February 1923 at Franklin Co., OH, at age 80.³ He was buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.³
During the Civil War Miner served briefly as a private in Co. E of the 133rd Ohio Volunteer Infantry, enlisting on 2 May 1864.⁴

Miner was enumerated in the 1910 Franklin Co., OH, census, ED 0196, age 67 with wife Eleanor, age 67 and sister-in-law, Susan Paine, age 62.

Miner filed for a Civil War Pension, as an invalid, on 9 Sept 1891, and Eleanor filed for a widow's pension after his death.

Andrus and Diana Case.¹ Hershel William Andrus married Jennie Wilson, daughter of James Wilson and Emma Sutton, in March 1875.³ Hershel William Andrus died on 29 October 1895 at Franklin Co., OH, at age 51.³ He was buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.³

     Estelle Andrus was born on 5 October 1848.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel R. Andrus and Diana Case.¹ Estelle Andrus died on 29 November 1851 at Worthington, Franklin Co., OH, at age 3.¹

     Adell C. Andrus was born on 30 October 1852 at Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.² She was the daughter of Samuel R. Andrus and Diana Case.¹ Adell C. Andrus married Stephen E. Hard on 30 October 1872 at Franklin Co., OH.³ Adell C. Andrus died on 3 June 1892 at Franklin Co., OH, at age 39.³ She was buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington, Franklin Co., OH.³
